固定化HPR催化降解染料废水中的刚果红

摘  要:
研究了以固定化的辣根过氧化酶为催化剂,催化H2O2氧化降解刚果红染料,考察了影响刚果红染料降解率的几个重要因素,包括pH、温度、反应时间、H2O2浓度、染料初始浓度等,确定其最佳条件为pH3.5,固定化酶用量0.5 g,H2O2浓度1.0 mmol/L,底物浓度0.1 mmol/L,反应温度40℃,反应时间30 min,降解率达到91.6%。催化剂重复使用4次后降解产率仍可达到22.0%,同时采用质谱对降解后的产物进行了分析。

摘  要:
Immobilized horseradish peroxidase was used as catalyst of oxidative degradation of Congo red dye by hydrogen peroxide. Several important factors affecting the degradation rate of Congo red dye, including pH,temperature,reaction time, H2O2 concentration,the initial concentration of the dye etc. were investigated. The obtained optimum conditions are as follows :pH3.5,0.5 g immobilized enzyme,1.0 mmol / L H2O2,0.1 mmol / L substrate concentration,40 ℃ reaction temperature and 30 min reaction time. Under the optimal conditions the degradation rate could reach to 91.6%. After use of catalyst four times,the rate of degradation rate can still reach to 22.0%. Furthermore,the degradation products were also analyzed by mass spectrometry.
