引入草条密度的捡拾器捡拾性能试验研究

摘  要:
实际工作中,搂集的草条密度,弹齿滚筒转速、草条车行进速度直接影响压捆机的捡拾质量。通过紫花苜蓿弹齿端部加速度试验和捡拾正交试验,研究滚筒转速、草条密度和行进速度对捡拾效能的影响规律,探寻弹齿滚筒式捡拾器的最佳工作参数。试验结果表明:在牧草含水率、滚筒转速和行进速度保持一定的情况下,随着草条密度增加,弹齿端部加速度上升,捡拾效率下降,捡拾功耗上升;其中最佳组合为滚筒转速67 r/min,草条密度4.0 kg/m,前进速度3.5 km/h。在此条件下,同时达到捡拾功耗相对最低和遗漏率相对最小,捡拾性能最优。

摘  要:
In ptactical work, the density of windrow, the cylinder revolving speed and the speed of the windrow conveyor belt directly affect the picking quality of the baler. This study carried out orthogonal experiments on alfalfe pickup collector's various working parameters to discover the influence of such parameters as the cylinder revolving speed, windrow density and driving speed on the collecting performance and to find the optimum match of parameters. The experiment result indicates that, under different circumstance of fixed forage moisture content, cylinder speed and driving speed, the acceleration of the spring-finger tip increases with a growing windrow density while collection efficiency decreases ending up with a higher energy consumption. Amongst them, the parameters set as below yield the optimum performance: cylinder revolving speed 67 r/min, windrow density 4.0 kg/m, driving speed 3.5 km/h. Under such condition, power consumption and leakage collecting rate reached the relatively minimum value whereas the collecting performance being optimum.
