胎衣不下奶牛围生期血液激素指标分析

摘  要:
为了探讨宁夏地区荷斯坦奶牛围生期各阶段血液中激素含量高低与产后胎衣不下(retained placenta,RP)之间的关系,试验选取产后胎衣正常排出奶牛(NRP组)和胎衣不下奶牛(RP组)各6头,在围生期第(-21±2),(-14±2),(-7±2),0,7,14,21天采集尾根静脉血液,利用放射免疫法测定血液中内皮素(ET)、黄体酮(P_(4))、雌二醇(E_(2))的浓度,ELSIA法测定血液中6酮前列腺素(6-K)的浓度.结果表明:在围生期第(-21±2),(-14±2),(-7±2),0,7,14,21天NRP组与RP组奶牛血液中部分激素指标会随着时间变化而发生相应改变.在第(-21±2),(-14±2),(-7±2),0,21天时RP组血液中ET浓度均高于NRP组,第7,14天时均低于NRP组,但均差异不显著(P>0.05).第(-7±2),0天时RP组奶牛血液中P_(4)浓度均高于NRP组(P>0.05),第0天时RP组奶牛血液中E_(2)浓度显著高于NRP组(P<0.05),第(-7±2)天时RP组奶牛血液中6-K浓度显著低于NRP组(P<0.05).说明测定围生期第(-7±2),0天奶牛血液中P_(4)、E_(2)和6-K的浓度变化趋势可预警奶牛胎衣不下的发生.

In order to explore the relationship between the levels of blood hormones and postpartum retained placenta(RP)in each stage of the perinatal period of Holstein cows in Ningxia area,in the experiment,six cows with non-retained placenta(NRP group)and six cows with retained placenta(RP group)were selected;the tail vein blood on the(-21±2)th,(-14±2)th,(-7±2)th,0 th,7 th,14 th,21 th days of perinatal period was collected.The concentrations of endothelin(ET),progesterone(P_(4))and estradiol(E_(2))in the blood were measured by radioimmunoassay,and the concentration of 6-ketoprostaglandin(6-K)in the blood was measured by ELSIA method.The results showed that on the(-21±2)th,(-14±2)th,(-7±2)th,0 th,7 th,14 th,21 th days of perinatal period,partial hormone indexes in the blood of dairy cows in the NRP group and the RP group would change accordingly over time.The blood ET concentration in the RP group was higher on the(-21±2)th,(-14±2)th,(-7±2)th,0 th,21 th days,and lower on the 7 th,14 th days,than that in the NRP group,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).The concentration of P_(4) in the blood of dairy cows in the RP group was higher than that in the NRP group on the(-7±2)th,0 days(P>0.05);the E_(2) concentration in the blood of dairy cows in the RP group was significantly higher than that in the NRP group on the 0 th day(P<0.05);the concentration of 6-K in the blood of dairy cows in the RP group was significantly lower than that in the NRP group on the(-7±2)th day(P<0.05).The results suggested that the concentration change trend of P_(4),E_(2) and 6-K in the blood on the(-7±2)th and 0 th days during the perinatal period could be used to warn the occurrence of retained placenta for dairy cows.
