牧户草场流转行为及其影响因素实证分析

摘  要：
笔者基于对2014年内蒙古自治区典型草原牧区呼伦贝尔市和锡林郭勒盟的289户牧户调研数据进行多分类Logistic回归,分析了影响牧户草场流转行为的因素。结果表明:户主学历、户主是否为嘎查领导、草场流转合同形式、离苏木远近、牧草高度等因素对牧户草场流转行为有显著影响;牲畜头数、人均草场面积、畜牧业收入占家庭总收入比例和草场转入转出期望年限等因素对牧户草场转入行为有显著影响;劳动力数量对牧户草场转出行为有显著影响。根据上述结论,提出了促进草场流转的政策建议。

摘  要：
Based on the survey data from 289 herdsmen in Hulunbuir city and Xilingol League as the typical grasslands and pasturing areas of Inner Mongolia in 2014,this author analyzes the factors influencing the behavior of herdsmen's grassland transfer with multinomial logistic regression. The results show that the following factors have significant influences on the behavior of herdsmen's grassland transfer: the educational level of the householder,whether the householder is the leader of the village,the form of contract about grassland transfer,distance from the village to the town,the height of forage grass,etc. The following factors have significant influences on the behavior of herdsmen's grassland inflow:the quantity of livestock,grassland area per capita,income of animal husbandry accounted for the proportion of total household income,the expected time of grassland circulation,etc. In addition,the number of labor force has a significant influence on the behavior of herdsmen's grassland outflow. According to the above conclusions,the author proposes several policy suggestions for promoting the grassland transfer in the grasslands and pasturing areas of Inner Mongolia.
