超细纤度蚕茧的农村规模化生产技术研究

摘 要:
研究茧丝纤度约1.0 D的超细纤度蚕茧的农村规模化生产技术。结果显示,用水温高于85℃的水溶解配制1250倍或2500倍"超细素"诱导药液,按重量比1∶5充分喷湿喷匀桑叶,在25℃以上环境下给4龄起蚕连续添食24 h或48 h,诱导蚕三眠化;用稻草杆长度30 cm的蜈蚣蔟或顶端波峰距4.5~5.0 cm、波峰高5.6~6.0 cm的塑料折蔟,采用捉熟蚕上蔟的方法上蔟营茧,为本超细纤度蚕茧农村规模化生产的最佳技术。

摘 要:
The present study was to research the scale production technology of ultrafine cocoon of single yarn size of1.0 dtex. The results indicated that the "Chao Xi Su" was dissolved in water at temperature above 85 ℃ to prepare 1250times or 2500 times induce liquid, the induce liquid at a weight ratio of 1:5 was fully wetted on mulberry leaves, contin uously feeding the drug leaves on newly third-exuviated silkworms above 25 ℃ for 24 h or 48 h to induce trimolter,hand-pick mature silkworm on centipede-type mountage of straw rod length of 30 cm or plastic folding mountage of the4.5~5.0 cm at crest s and 5.6~6.0 cm at crest height to cocooning. It was the best scale production technology of ultra fine size cocoon.
