聚焦新时代新形势对高职学生思想教育的内在要求,分析了与此不相适应的问题,提出了加强队伍建设、创新思政教育模式、有效利用新媒体,加强立德树人,培养德技兼并的高级技术技能型人才等对策,以提高高职院校高职学生思想政治教育水平。

摘要：

This paper makes an explanation of the inherent requirements of students ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in the new era. In order to get out of the current predicaments in ideological and political education, this paper puts forward the following approaches: 1. strengthening the construction of the teaching team; 2.innovating teaching mode of ideological and political education; 3.making effective use of the new media; 4. strengthening morality education.
