细胞培养中支原体污染严重影响兽用生物制品的质量和安全性,会造成巨大的经济损失。对兽用疫苗生产中支原体污染检测方法、相关衍生技术及其预防控制等方面进行了综述,旨在为兽用生物制品生产过程中支原体污染的检测工作提供参考。

摘  要：
Mycoplasma contamination in cell culture affects the quality and safety of veterinary biological products,and can cause huge economic losses. In this research,we reviewed the veterinary mycoplasma contamination detection method,related derivative technology and prevention used in vaccine production,aiming at providing the references for mycoplasma contamination detection during the production of a veterinary biological production.
