假俭草茎段丛生芽的诱导及植株再生

摘  要:
以湖南野生假俭草为材料,采用幼嫩的带芽茎段为外植体诱导丛生芽,继而诱导生根,建立其植株再生体系.结果表明:用75%酒精消毒45 s,再用0.1%升汞消毒10 min,褐化率与污染率都较低,丛生芽的诱导率较高;假俭草茎段丛生芽的最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+IBA 0.4 mg/L;在丛生芽的增殖培养中,添加1.0 mg/L 6-BA与0.2 mg/L IBA的MS培养基增殖效果最佳;1/2 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L诱导丛生芽生根的效果最佳.

摘  要:
By adopting stem sections of wild Hunan Eremochloa ophiuroides as explants,its tissue culture was conducted to induce axillary buds.Results show that the time for 75% alcohol disinfection is 45 seconds and the time for 0.1% HgCl2 re-disinfection is 10 minutes,which help to reduce the buds' polluting and melting brown rates and improve their inducing rate;that the optimal initial medium is MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L + IBA 0.4 mg/L;that during hyperplasia culture for axillary buds,adding 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L IBA to the medium can increase their hyperplasia rate,and that the best medium for rooting is 1/2 MS+ NAA 0.1 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L.
