花粉直感对黑宝石李果实品质的影响

摘  要:
为研究李的花粉直感效应,选用了布林、龙园秋李、大石早生、秋姬、长李15李品种的花粉给黑宝石李授粉,以自然授粉为对照,观察其对当年果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同品种花粉分别授粉及自然授粉黑宝石李的坐果率为15.7%~60.0%和36.0%(CK),单果质量71.6~79.7g和73.0g(CK),纵横径分别为4.4/5.2cm、4.3/5.2cm、4.1/4.9cm、4.5/5.4cm、4.0/5.0cm和4.2/4.9cm(CK),可溶性固形物为11.7%~12.7%和11.6%(CK),可滴定酸为0.79%~0.80%和0.79%(CK),且不同品种花粉授粉的黑宝石李果顶形状也有明显的变化。经Duncan多重比较分析,黑宝石李的坐果率、单果质量、纵横径、可溶性固形物、果实形状等方面不同品种授粉以及与自然授粉存在显著或极显著差异,表现出明显的花粉直感现象。可为李树研究和生产上合理配置授粉品种,提高果实品质和效益提供依据。

摘  要:
For studying the pollen xenia of plum,pollens of 5 different plum cultuvars including Bulin,Longyuanqiuli,Oishi Wase,Japanese plum and Changli 15 were used to pollinate Frinar plum respectively,and the effect in the current year on fruit quality was observed.A series of index were detected for each single cultivar pollinated fruit and the open pollinated fruit.The fruit setting rate ranged from 15.7% to 60.0% depending on the pollinators,while for the open pollination was 36.0%;the fruit weight ranged from 71.6 g to 79.7g and 73.0 g;length and width of fruit were 4.4/5.2 cm,4.3/5.2 cm,4.1/4.9 cm,4.5/5.4 cm,4.0/5.0 cm and 4.2/4.9 cm respectively;the soluble solids content were 11.7% to 12.7% and 11.6%;titratable acidity were 0.79% to 0.80% and 0.79%,and the fruit apex shape was obviously different pollinated by different cultivars.Based on the Duncan's multiple range test,there was obvious difference in all above mentioned fruit quality index among the fruit received from different pollinators,indicating the distinct pollen xenia for plum.This paper is useful to support the further study and rational allocation of pollination cultivars in practice so as to improve the fruit quality and benefits.
