新加坡粮食安全政策及启示

摘  要:
经过40多年的发展,新加坡居民的食物消费逐渐进入了稳定阶段。以自由贸易经济发展战略、食物来源多元化策略及比较优势理论为指导,新加坡以其特有的方式诠释着粮食安全的内涵。本文在简要回顾新加坡食物消费升级状况和粮食安全举措的基础上,对其粮食安全战略进行了评价和分析,同时结合中国的实际情况,从外贸政策、监控制度、营养科普和粮食自给等视角提出了提高中国未来粮食安全水平的相关政策建议。

摘  要:
After 40 years’ development,Singapore had been entering into a stable stage of food consumption.Directed by the strategy of free trade,the strategy of diversification of food source and the theory of comparative advantage,Singapore interpreted the meaning of food security by its own way.Based on a brief review of food consumption updating of residents and a profile of food security policies,the effectiveness of Singapores’ food security strategy was analyzed and evaluated in this paper.Combining with Chinas’ reality,some related policy recommendations were proposed from angels of trade policy,monitoring system,nutrition knowledge popular science and food self-sufficiency to insure future Chinas’ food security.
