HPD-722大孔树脂纯化葎草总黄酮的工艺研究

摘  要:
为纯化葎草黄酮,以吸附率与解吸率为指标,考察6种不同性质的大孔树脂对葎草黄酮的吸附与解析能力,最终确定HPD-722为较理想的树脂。并对HPD-722树脂的纯化条件进行优化,得到最佳工艺条件为:以3mg/m l的浓度(溶液pH=4)、1.5BV/h的速率3BV上样,以4BV的70%乙醇、2 BV/h的速率洗脱。经HPD-722处理后的葎草总黄酮可达47.3%,纯化了30.5%。

摘  要:
The purpose of this paper is to purify flavonoids from humulus.The experiment determined with absorption and desorption rate as indexes to observe 6 types of macroporous resin's absorption and desorption ability for flavonoids from humulus.Results showed that the HPD-722 macroporous resin has good absorbing and desorbing effect.And the experiment established the optimum process conditions for purification: The liquid concentration of absorbing and separating is 4mg/ml at the injection rate of 2 BV/h,And the sample volume is 5BV.The elution effect of 70% alcohol with 5BV at the speed of 2 BV/h is the best.After purified by HPD-722 macroporous resin,the purification of total flavonoids from persimmon leaves is up to 52%,which is purified by 33.8%.
