响应面分析法优化荷叶黄酮保护剂的研究

摘  要:
黄酮类化合物是荷叶中的主要活性成分,具有良好的生物活性和药用价值。为确定渗滤液中荷叶黄酮的最佳保护剂,以黄酮的未氧化率为考察指标,利用响应面分析法对荷叶黄酮的保护剂进行了优化。用Design-Expert软件进行结果分析,建立了影响因素与响应值之间的函数关系,得到回归方程。根据回归方程优化得出100mL荷叶渗滤液最佳的保护剂添加量为葡萄糖酸-α-内酯0.280g、烟酰胺0.444g、植酸54.0μL,在此条件下荷叶黄酮未氧化率为96.98%。为荷叶黄酮进一步的开发和利用提供理论基础。

摘  要:
Flavonoids,which exhibt excellent biological activity and good pharmacological values,are the main active components in the lotus leaf. In order to obtain optimal protective agent of flavonoids in lotus leaves from leachate,the unoxidized rate of the flavonoids in lotus various solutions was investigated to assess the effect of different protective agents. Response surface method(RSM) was adopted relying on Box-Behnken test design principles,and the design-expert software was employed subsequently to establish a functional relationship between the influence factors and response values. Results suggested that the best performance in 100mL leachate was acquired when the dosage of glucuronide-α-Lactone was 0.280g with 0.444g niacinamide and 54.0μL hytic acid according to resultant regressive equation. Under this condition,the unoxidized rate of the flavonoids in lotus was 96.98%. The preliminary study set a primary basis to further the development and use of flavonoids in lotus leaves and relevant plants.
