摘 要：
由于互联网、环境因素等原因,目前广州市花都区图书馆(以下简称:花都图书馆)的借阅数量受到冲击,图书外借量下降了,针对这一问题,进行了初步的分析;提出了解决问题的对策,期待公共图书馆的资源能够更好的、更多的被民众利用和享受。

摘 要：
Due to Internet,environmental factors and other reasons,the book lending of the Huadu Library has been seriously influenced,and the book lending volume has been declined.For this problem,the paper has undertaken a primary analysis,put forward countermeasures to solve this problem,and expected a better utilization of the resources in public libraries by more clients in the public.
