叶面喷施不同浓度ABA对美香桃果实品质的影晌

摘  要：
为探讨外源物质脱落酸(ABA)对桃果实品质的影响,本试验以美香为试材,叶面喷施不同浓度ABA.结果表明,不同浓度ABA均未能显著提高果实的大小和平均果重,但提高了果实可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖及糖酸比,其中可溶性糖及糖酸比与对照达显著差异水平;果实第二次膨大期(花后65 d)喷施25 mg/L ABA还显著提高了果皮花色苷含量、花色苷/叶绿素、色度角(h)及a/b值.综合比较,喷施25 mg/L的ABA对果实品质提高具有较好效果.

摘  要：
In order to discuss the influence of exogenous substances(ABA)on the fruit quality of peach, ABA were sprayed on leaves. The results showed that ABA could not significantly iuerese fi-uh size and fruit weight. Compared with contrast, ABA improved the contents of soluble solid, and significantly increased the content of soluble sugar and the ratio of soluble sugar to titratable acid. Anthocyanin of peel, anthoeyanln/carotenold, h and a/b were lemarkabIely increased after spraying w/th 25 mg/L ABA in the second fi'uit expansion per/od (65 days after full bloom). This indicated that 25 mg/L ABA had better effect on increasing fruit quality than other treatments.
