青海藏羊不同剪毛量区段含硫量的测定

摘  要：
用重量法对青海藏羊不同剪毛量区段的含硫量进行了测定和统计分析 ,结果表明 ,成年公羊 3 .5 0kg区段含硫量最高 ,二岁公羊 3 .0 0kg区段含硫量最高 ,一岁公羊 0 .5 0kg区段含硫量最高 ;成年母羊 2 .5 0kg区段含硫量最高 ,二岁母羊3 .0 0kg区段含硫量最高 ,一岁母羊 2 .5 0kg区段含硫量最高。同性别年龄内剪毛量区段间含硫量差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。

摘  要：
The sulphur content in different greasy weight section in Qinghai Tibetan-sheep was determined and statistically analysed by means of gravimetric analysis.The results showed that the sulphur content was the highest at the greasy weight of 3.50kg in adult ram,of 3.00kg in the ram of the age of two years,of 0.50kg in shearing ram,of 2.50kg in adult ewe,of 3.00kg in the ewe at the age of two years and of 2.50kg in shearing ewe.There was not significant difference in the sulphur content at the greasy weight in the sheep of same sex at the same age (P>0.05)
