控制光照对内蒙古白绒山羊母羊营养物质消化率的影响研究

摘  要:
试验对比研究了舍饲和放牧条件下控制光照对内蒙古白绒山羊营养利用规律的影响,以期为光控增绒条件下绒山羊日粮的高效配制提供科学依据。试验在舍饲和放牧条件下分别开展研究,两种条件下各选择12只2.5周岁内蒙古白绒山羊母羊,随机分为光控组和对照组,其中光控组通过采用光控增绒棚将光照时间限定为7h,对照组采用自然光照,对比研究光照控制对绒山羊干物质采食量以及干物质、粗蛋白和中性洗涤纤维等营养物质表观消化率的影响。结果表明,在舍饲条件下:(1)整个试验期光控组的干物质采食量均稍高于对照组,特别是在光控增绒中期光控组干物质采食量高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)在试验初期,营养物质表观消化率稍高于对照组(P>0.05)。而在光控增绒中期,营养物质表观消化率稍低于对照组(P>0.05)。在光控增绒末期,粗蛋白表观消化率高于对照组(P<0.05);在放牧条件下:(1)整个试验期光控组的干物质采食量均稍高于对照组,在光控增绒中期光控组干物质采食量高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)在光控增绒中期和末期,光控组营养物质表观消化率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of photoperiod on nutrient apparent digestibility of Inner Mongolia white cashmere goat to provide basic parameters for formulating diets scientifically.The experiment was carried out in stabling and grazing conditions at the same time,12 ewes were randomly divided into trial group and control group according to body weight,the trial group was set in the special shed with light control for 7h,and the control group received natural light.The results showed,were stabling condition:(1)The dry matter intake of trial group was slightly higher than that of control(P>0.05),especially in July,the dry matter intake of trial group was higher than that of control significantly(P<0.05).(2)The nutrient apparent digestibility of trial group was slightly higher than that of control in June(P>0.05),opposite to that in July.In September,the CP apparent digestibility was significantly higher than that of control(P<0.05).Under grazing condition:(1)The dry matter intake of trial group was slightly higher than that of the control in the whole experimental period,but that in July was significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).(2)The nutrient apparent digestibility of trial group in July and September were all significantly higher than that of the control(P<0.05).
