留守经历新生代农民工生存现状及改善对策——以浙江省为例

摘  要：
近年来,新生代农民工尤其是留守经历新生代农民工的生存发展状况受到社会的广泛关注。重点围绕中国留守经历新生代农民工生存现状,从理论上界定了留守经历新生代农民工的主要概念,论述了留守经历对新生代农民工生存发展的影响;在此基础之上,选取浙江省为主要研究对象,从从事行业、收入及消费现状、精神健康现状等方面对浙江省留守经历新生代农民工的生存状况及存在问题开展了调查;最后,从抗逆与赋能、正名与善待、溯源与破局、增收与长智等方面提出了改善留守经历新生代农民工生存现状的主要对策。

摘  要：
In recent years, the survival and development of the new generation of migrant workers,especially the left-behind experience of migrant workers, has attracted extensive attention from the society.Focusing on the survival status of the new generation of migrant workers with left-behind experiences in China, this paper firstly defined the main concepts of the new generation of migrant workers with left-behind experiences in theory, and discussed the influence of left-behind experiences on the survival and development of the new generation of migrant workers. On this basis, Zhejiang province was selected as the main research object to investigate the living conditions and existing problems of the new generation of migrant workers who stayed behind in Zhejiang province from the aspects of industry, income and consumption, and mental health. Finally, the main countermeasures were put forward to improve the living status of the new generation of migrant workers with left-behind experiences from the aspects of resilience and empowerment, name rectification and kindness treatment, tracing and breaking the situation, income increase and wisdom growth and so on.
