江苏省城市化进程与土地利用关系分析

摘  要：
基于1986-2010年江苏省城市化进程及土地利用主导因子面板数据,通过相关性分析以及构建多元回归模型,对城市化进程与土地利用关系进行研究。研究发现,1986年以来江苏省城市化水平迅速提升,建成区面积迅速扩大,耕地面积却呈下降趋势;经过相关性检验,江苏省城市化进程参数K与建成区面积、耕地面积相关系数分别为0.944、-0.446。利用主成分分析法进一步研究,筛选出了江苏省城市土地利用的主要影响因素,包括城市居民人均可支配收入、工业增加值、城镇人口数量和三大产业产值比重。

摘  要：
Based on the dominant factor panel data of urbanization and land utilization in Jiangsu province from 1986 to2010, relations between urbanization and land utilization were studied through correlation analysis and construction of multiple regression model. The results showed that with the growth of level of urbanization, built-up district area expanded quickly and farmland area decreased constantly. The correlation coefficient between K and built-up district area is 0.944 and the correlation coefficient between K and farmland area is-0.446. The factors influencing the land utilization changes in the urbanization development of Jiangsu have been quantitatively studied with principle component analysis. The results indicated that the main factors determining land use change during urbanization of Jiangsu province were the per capita disposable income,industrial added value, urban population and proportion of three production value.
