摘 要：
本文介绍了应用酶标单抗(HRP-McAb)的涂片法、双抗体夹心 ELISA、斑点 ELISA 和微量细胞培养联合免疫酶测定法检测猪瘟病毒抗原,结果4种方法检出率基本一致,具有快速、特异、敏感、准确、简便、经济和判断客观的诊断价值,可作为疫区流行病检查和检测猪瘟病毒抗原应用。

摘 要：
The examination of Hog-cholera virus antigen in the kidney,pancreasand spleen by DEA,double sandwich ELISA,Dot-ELISA and micro-cell cul-ture enzyme immunoassay(MCCEIA)is reported respectively in this paper.The results of these experiments showed that these method were highly spe-cific,sensitive,reproductive and simple.It may be recommented as a rapidmethod for the defection and differential diagnosis of Hog-cholera virus anti-gen in etiological and epideminological studies.
