基于社会网络分析视角,重点分析强弱关系、社会资本和结构洞等三大核心理念对高校教师隐性知识转移的影响机理,进而提出利用社会网络促进高校教师隐性知识转移的基本路径与策略:营造具有共同价值与信念的校园文化氛围;搭建教师隐性知识转移与共享的网络技术平台;重视高校教师社会关系网络的培育与管理;强化教师隐形知识转移效果的评价与反馈。

摘  要:
Based on the perspective of social network analysis,the paper emphatically analyzes the influence mechanism of three core concepts,such as strong and weak relationships,social capital and structural holes on the transfer of tacit knowledge among college teachers,then puts forward the basic path and strategy of how to use social network to promote the tacit knowledge transfer between university teachers.
