摘 要:
为了检测肉鸡组织中黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的残留量,试验采用柱前衍生-高效液相色谱(HPLC)的分析方法,并用该方法对样品进行检测。结果表明:AFB1在0.5~50.0μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为0.1μg/kg,信噪比(S/N)=3∶1。在0.5μg/kg、1.0μg/kg、2.0μg/kg 3个添加水平下肝脏组织平均回收率为91.0%~107.0%,肌肉组织平均回收率为94.0%~105.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.8%~1.7%、1.2%~2.0%。说明本方法具有灵敏性、准确性和可重复性,可对动物组织样中AFB1残留进行定性和定量检测。

摘 要:
To detect residual quantity of aflatoxin B1( AFB1) in broiler tissues,the method of a high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) with pre- column derivatization was used to detect the samples from broiler tissues. The results showed that the calibration curves of AFB1 had good linearity relationship in the range from 0. 5 to 50. 0 μg / L,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0. 999. The limits of detection were 0. 1 μg / kg with a signal to noise ratio of 3∶1. The average recovery rates of AFB1 in liver tissue were from 91. 0% to 107. 0%at three adding levels of 0. 5 μg / kg,1. 0 μg / kg and 2. 0 μg / kg for AFB1,while the average recovery rates of AFB1 in muscle tissue were from94. 0% to 105. 4%,and the values of relative standard deviation( RSD) for the average recovery rates of AFB1 in liver tissue and muscle tissue were from 0. 8% to 1. 7% and from 1. 2% to 2. 0%,respectively. The results indicate that the method is suitable for qualitative and quantitative detection of aflatoxin B1 residues in the samples from animal tissues due to its sensitivity,accuracy and repeatability.
