摘  要：
运用ANP-SWOT模型进行湖南粮油产业发展战略分析,先对用SWOT分析方法全面分析湖南粮油产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁等影响因素,再用网络层次分析法(ANP)对粮油产业战略备选方案做出选择。研究结果表明,WO战略是促进湖南粮油产业发展的最佳战略,即结合自然资源及产业优势,满足市场新需求,改善环境,治理耕地污染;加快推进科技成果转化延伸产业链,培育新型特色粮油产业。

摘  要：
Using ANP-SWOT model to analyze the development strategy of grain and oil industry in Hunan, first of all, the SWOT analysis method is used to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of the development of Hunan grain and oil industry, such as the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats, then the hierarchical network analysis method(ANP) to make a choice for grain and oil industry strategic alternatives. The results show that WO strategy is the best strategy to promote the development of Hunan grain and oil industry, that is, combined with natural resources and industrial advantages, to meet the new needs of the market, improve the environment, and control the pollution of cultivated land; to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to extend the industrial chain, cultivating new characteristics of grain and oil industry.
