以江浙沪地区为研究对象事例区域,分析了其水产品加工产业发展现状及存在的问题,并通过内、外部因素分析提出了相应的对策建议:强化企业间连带,完善自身管理;政府扶持推进企业加工技术创新;建设企业自身品牌,确立行业内竞争优势;加快开拓内陆市场。

摘 要：
Taking the Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai regions as the research case areas,the development status and existing problems of the aquatic product processing industry were analyzed,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward through internal and external factors analysis: strengthen the inter-enterprise linkages and improve their management; the government supports the promotion of enterprise processing technology innovation; built the company's own brand,established the competitive advantage within the industry; and accelerate the development of the inland market.
