高粱秸秆力学特性的试验

摘  要:
为研究和了解高粱秸秆的相关物理机械特性,为高粱相关机械的研发提供相关数据,将高粱秸秆按两米的高度分为五部分,利用万能试验机对高粱秸秆进行压缩、弯曲、剪切等试验测试。分别选择压缩弹性模量、抗压强度、压缩功、抗剪强度、抗弯强度等为试验指标,以含水率、加载部位和有无节为因素进行试验和分析,分别进行不同部位之间的力学性能对比和有节处与无节处之间的力学性能对比。试验结果表明无节处的剪切功是3.75~5.33N·m;有节处的剪切功是4.86~9.79N·m。有节处的弯曲功是1.50~2.44N·m;无节处的弯曲功是0.69~1.25N·m。可以为高效、节能的高粱收获机械的设计提供参考。

摘  要:
In order to understand the related physical and mechanical properties of sorghum straw,and provide related data for sorghum related machinery research and development,sorghum straw by two meters in height can be divided into five parts,universal testing machine is used to analyze the sorghum straw compression,bending,shear test,et al.Respectively choose compressed modulus of elasticity,compressive strength,the diameter of the unit,the shear stress,shear strength,bending strength and bending modulus of elasticity as the test index,with moisture content,loading area and presence of section for factors in the test and analysis,respectively,compared the mechanical properties between the different parts and section with no section in the mechanical properties between the contrast.The experimental results show that the presence of section affects obviously the mechanical properties of sorghum straw,moisture content and shear area also has an effect on it.
