濒危植物大果青杄种子形态及萌发特性研究

摘  要:
对甘肃白龙江林区生长的濒危植物大果青杄种子的形态和萌发特性进行了研究,结果表明:不同海拔和不同年龄的大果青杄种子千粒质量、空壳率、含水量、生活力、长、宽及直径等差异显著。不同年龄树木种子形态和部分萌发指标之间存在多样性;而且树木年龄越大,空壳率随之减少,生活力减少的幅度更大。在常温(20℃)下,经蒸馏水浸种,浓硫酸催芽的种子的发芽率为0;而42年的大果青杄种子经200mg L-1赤霉素(GA 3)处理24h后,在14d内发芽率达到70%,且发芽整齐。大果青杄种子的休眠属综合休眠,且种皮透性并不是导致大果青杄种子休眠的主要原因。

摘  要:
The seed morphological and germination characters of endangered plant Picea neoveitchii were studied in Bailongjiang forest region of Gansu Province.Result shows that the thousand seed weight,shell ratio,water content of seed,percentage of undeveloped seed,viability,length,width and diameter of seed have significant differences at different attitudes and ages of tree.Seed morphology and parts of germination indexes of trees with different ages have diversity.The bigger the ages of tree is,the lower the percentage of shell ratio is and the even greater the reduce range of viability is.The seed germination rate is 0by soaking in distilled water at the temperature(20°C);the germination rate of 42-year-old Picea neoveitchii seeds reach 70% within 14 dwhile treated with 200 mg L-1 GA3 for 24h;the seeds germinated more trimly.Picea neoveitchii seeds belong to combined dormancy.The permeability of seed coat is not the main reason for the seed dormancy of Picea neoveitchii.
