黄瓜植株对高温闷棚的生理响应

摘  要:
以欧洲类型短黄瓜'春秋王2号'为试验材料,研究了高温闷棚条件下黄瓜植株的光合参数、生理指标和病害的变化情况.结果表明:高温闷棚后,黄瓜植株的净光合速率(Pn)下降、蒸腾速率(Tr)增加,但胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)变化不大;黄瓜植株叶片的过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性与对照相比增加明显,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)增加幅度较小;脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量在高温闷棚后有所增加;白粉病和霜霉病的病情指数在高温闷棚后有所降低.可见,高温闷棚可以提高植株防御酶活性和渗透调节物质含量,有效清除活性氧,降低膜脂过氧化伤害,从而增强植株对病菌的抵抗能力.

摘  要:
The changes of photosynthetic parameters,physiological indexes and diseases of cucumber were studied under high temperature control in greenhouse with Europe type cucumber variety'Chunqiuwang No. 2 '.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate( Pn) of cucumber decreased and transpiration rate( Tr)increased after high temperature treatment,but the intercellular CO2 concentration( Ci) had no significant change.The activities of POD,CAT and APX in leaves of cucumber increased significantly compared with CK,while the increase of superoxide dismutase( SOD) was smaller. The content of proline and malondialdehyde( MDA)increased after high temperature treatment. The disease index of powdery mildew and downy mildew of cucumber decreased after high temperature treatment. So high temperature control could improve the activities of antioxidant enzymes and the content of osmotic regulators of cucumber,effectively eliminate active oxygen and reduce the damage of membrane lipid peroxidation,and thus enhance the resistance of plants to germs.
