采收前喷钙对切花芍药茎杆品质的影响

摘  要:
为解决芍药切花在栽培过程中易弯茎的问题,以黄金轮、银线绣红袍、紫凤朝阳3个芍药切花品种为试材,设置采收前喷施2%(CH3COO)2Ca、4%(CH3COO)2Ca、2%CaCl2、4%CaCl2共4个处理,通过株高、茎粗、蕾径3个指标的变化来比较不同钙素形态(有机态和无机态)和钙素浓度对植株茎杆增粗的效果,采用主成分分析法进行综合评价,结果表明,有机钙的效果优于无机钙;(CH3COO)2Ca的施用以4%较佳;喷钙对不同品种茎杆品质的影响不同,黄金轮和银线绣红袍在采前喷施4%(CH3COO)2Ca,可以明显提高茎杆品质,而紫凤朝阳不宜进行喷钙处理.

摘  要:
In order to solve the problem of stem curve of herbaceous peony cut flowers in cultivation,three varieties:Huangjinlun,Yinxianxiuhongpao and Zifengchaoyang were used in the research as plant materials to study the effect of different forms and concentration of Ca2+.Altogether four different Ca2+ treatments were arranged during the pre-harvest stage:2% CaCl2 and (CH3COO)2Ca,4% CaCl2 and (CH3COO)2Ca.Besides,principal component analysis was used to evaluate the different treatments synthetically.The results showed that:organic Ca2+ was superior to inorganic Ca2+;the best concentration of (CH3COO)2Ca was 4%;the effect of spraying Ca2+ to the stem quality of herbaceous peony showed obvious differences among the three varieties.With 4%(CH3COO)2Ca,the stem quality of Huangjinlun and Yinxianxiuhongpao could be improved a lot while the calcium treatment was unsuited to Zifengchaoyang.
