植物复合生长调节剂对大豆产量及子叶物质充实的影响

摘  要:
以通豆6号为材料,在大豆初花期和盛花期通过叶片喷施植物复合生长调节剂"碧护",测定大豆相关农艺性状及产量构成因素等指标,同时利用树脂切片观察子叶贮藏物质积累的结构特征,研究"碧护"对大豆产量及子叶物质充实的影响。结果表明:"碧护"处理显著增加大豆植株的株高、分枝数以及每株的秕荚、1粒荚、2粒荚和3粒荚数目,并提高2粒荚的荚长。同时"碧护"处理还提高有效荚数、单株荚重以及百粒重等产量性状,从而促进大豆增产。显微结构显示,"碧护"处理大豆籽粒充实好,其子叶贮藏细胞中淀粉体和蛋白体的积累增加。综合而言,"碧护"可成为大豆增产的一种有效植物生长调节剂,能改善大豆株型和产量性状,增加籽粒的充实和物质积累。

摘  要:
Tongdou6 was used as the material with the treatment of compound plant growth regulator BIHU sprayed on soybean leaves at initial flowering stage and full flowering stage to investigate the effect of BIHU on soybean yield and cotyledon filling. In this study, agronomic traits and yield components of soybean were measured and structural characteristics of storage substance accumulationin cotyledon were observed by resin slicing. The results showed that BIHU treatment significantly enhanced the plant height and branch number of soybean plants and numbers of immature pod, one seed pod, two seed pod, three seed pod per plant as well asthe length of two seed podincreased. Meanwhile, BIHU treatment also promoted yield components of soybean such as effective pod number, pod weight per plant and 100-grain weight, leading to yield improvement of soybean. Additionally, the microstructure showed that soybean seeds were well filled and the accumulation of starch granules and protein bodies in storage cells of soybean cotyledon increased under BIHU treatment. In general, BIHU could be an effective plant growth regulator for yield increase of soybean, which can improve plant type along with yield trait and increase seeds filling degree and storage substance accumulation.
