摘  要:
干扰素因其抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗寄生虫活性及免疫调节作用被广泛关注和研究。兔干扰素的研究与其他动物干扰素的研究相比较为落后。文章综述了兔干扰素的分类、原核表达、真核表达、抗病毒活性的研究进展,并结合兔干扰素的相关研究进展进行了展望。

摘  要:
Interferon has been widely concerned and studied because of its antiviral, antitumor, antiparasitic activities and immunomodulatory effects. The research of rabbit interferon is backward compared with that of other animal interferons. This paper reviewed the classification, prokaryotic expression, eukaryotic expression and antiviral activity of rabbit interferon, and looked forward to the related research of rabbit interferon.
