小尾寒羊肉用性能杂交改良效果分析

摘  要:
为研究杜泊羊和特克塞尔羊对小尾寒羊肉用性能的杂交改良效果,系统观测了后代羔羊的生长性能、屠宰性能及其肉品质。结果表明,杂交一代羊的生长性能较纯繁小尾寒羊有较大提高。其中,特克塞尔羊(♂)×小尾寒羊(♀)杂交一代羔羊(简称特寒,TH)的初生重、断奶重、6月龄重、断奶前日增重和断奶~6月龄日增重分别比纯繁小尾寒羊增加了1.13 kg、4.95 kg、12.87 kg、58.77 g和68.67 g,杜泊羊(♂)×小尾寒羊(♀)杂交一代羔羊(简称杜寒,DH)分别比小尾寒羊增加了0.91 kg、2.86 kg、7.66 kg、30.00 g和41.72 g。特寒羊和杜寒羊的宰前活重分别比小尾寒羊增加了13.05 kg和6.53 kg,胴体重分别比小尾寒羊增加了7.44 kg和3.82 kg,二者的眼肌面积分别比小尾寒羊增加了8.05 cm~2和3.39 cm~2(P<0.01)。3个群体间的大理石纹评分值差异显著(P<0.05),其他4个肉品质指标差异不显著(P>0.05)。说明特克塞尔羊和杜泊羊对小尾寒羊肉用性能有明显的杂交改良效果,其中特克塞尔羊的改良效果最佳。

摘  要:
To reveal the cross-improvement effect of Dorper and Texel sheep on the meat traits of Small-tailed Han sheep(STH),the meat performance of the three populations were systematically observed in the study. The results showed that the growth traits of hybrid F1 generation were improved compared to purebred STH. The birth at weight,weaning,6-month-old,average daily gain at pre-weaning and daily weight gain from weaning to 6-month-old of Texel(♂) × STH(♀)(named TH)lambs were 1.13 kg,4.95 kg,12.87 kg,58.77 g and 68.67 g higher than those of purebred STH,these traits of Dorper(♂) ×STH( ♀)(named DH) lambs were 0.91 kg,2.86 kg,7.66 kg,30.00 g and 41.72 g higher than those of purebred STH respectively. The live weight before slaughter of TH and DH was increased by 13.05 kg and 6.53 kg than that of the STH,and the carcass weight was increased by 7.44 kg and 3.82 kg than that of the STH,and the lion-eye area increased 8.05 cm~2 and3.39 cm~2(P<0.01). In addition,there was a significant difference in marbling scores among the three groups(P<0.05),whereas other four traits were not significantly different. Overall,the meat traits of the purebred STH lambs were improved by crossing Texel and Dorper,and that Texel had the best improvement effect on the STH.
