摘 要：
农业天气风险管理已成为保障各国农业发展和农民收入的重要课题,近年来天气指数保险成为了最受市场欢迎的产品之一。同为金砖国家,中印两国在社会经济与农业生产方面有着极大的相似性,且印度在农业天气指数保险试点上取得了一定的成功经验。通过系统分析中印两国的天气指数保险试点历程,揭示了二者的相似性和差异,进而针对中国天气指数保险试点现状提出了若干参考建议。

摘 要：
Agricultural weather risk management has become an important issue to maintain the development of agriculture and stabilize farmers' incomes,and index-based weather insurance has become one of the most popular products in recent years.As BRICS,India is similar to China in social economy and agriculture production,and more experience in the pilot of index-based weather insurance.The author firstly analyzed the pilots of index-based weather insurance in the two countries,then revealed both the similarities and difference,finally provided some suggestions for the development of index-based weather insurance in China.
