摘  要:
大豆是我国重要的粮油经济作物,是众多行业中必需的原材料。锌指蛋白是一种重要的转录因子,其中双锌指的植物C_2H_2型锌指蛋白多数与植物的非生物胁迫相关,可以利用生物技术手段提高作物对非生物胁迫的耐受能力。该文利用生物信息学和同源克隆的方法克隆得到了大豆C_2H_2型锌指蛋白基因STF-2,并且利用软件对其蛋白结构进行了初步分析。

摘  要:
Soybean(Glycine max[L.]Merrill)is the important food and oil crops of China which is the important rawmaterials of many industries.The zinc protein was an important transcription factors,and most plant C2H2-type zincfinger protein with the double zinc-finger structures related with adversity stress.It will offer a favorable condition toenhance the plants tolerance to adversity stress by the biotechnology. In this paper,a C2H2-type zinc finger proteingene STF-2 was isolated from soybean,and analyzed primary structure of the STF-2 by software.
