云南小粒咖啡活性成分研究

摘  要:
对云南小粒咖啡中度烘烤的熟咖啡豆进行化学成分研究,并从其提取物中分离得到2个已知的贝壳杉烷型的二萜,通过多种一维和二维谱学方法(HSQD、HMBC、ROESY、COSY),并结合相关参考文献,确定了它们化学结构。其中化合物1为mozambioside(1),化合物2为mascaroside(2)。运用MTT检测法对化合物1和2进行了细胞毒活性筛选,结果显示,这些提取物对HL-60、SMMC-7721、A-549、MCF-7以及SW480细胞有较弱的细胞毒活性。

摘  要:
Two known diterpenoid glucosides,named mozambioside( 1),mascaroside( 2) were isolated from the acetone extracts of the roasted coffee bean of Coffea arabica growing in Yunnan. Their chemical structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis including 1D and 2D NMR( HSQC,HMBC,COSY and ROESY) and by comparison with the published data. Biological evaluation showed that the isolates had weak cytotoxicities against HL-60,SMMC-7721,A-549,MCF-7 and SW480 cells.
