高校学生社团发展中的瓶颈问题及对策探析——以安徽科技学院为例

摘要：

高校学生社团发展起步较早,发展态势较好,在活跃校园文化、加强和改进大学生思想政治教育、服务学校改革发展稳定等方面发挥了积极作用。但是随着社会发展、科技进步和教育改革的不断深入,高校学生社团遇到了一些瓶颈问题,如性质不明、定位不清、经费不足、管理不善等等,严重制约了社团的发展。本文从理念创新、管理创新、制度创新、队伍建设创新和活动创新等方面,对学生社团创新发展提出了自己的见解和看法。

摘要：

In the universities,the students' associations are set up early and have good development trend,which plays an active role in the campus culture,strengthening and improving ideological and political education,school reform development and stability,etc. With the development of society,the progress of science and technology and the deepening of the reform of education,students' associations meet some bottleneck problems,such as unclear property and positioning,lack of funds,poor management and so on,which seriously restricted the development of them. This article puts forward some views and opinions from the concept of innovation,management innovation,system innovation,team innovation,and activity innovation on the innovation and development of student associations.
