氨基酸微量元素螯合物干燥工艺设计

摘  要:
氨基酸微量元素螯合物是一种新型有机矿物元素添加剂,它具有生物稳定性好、易被消化吸收、生物学效价高等特点,在畜牧业发达的国家已得到推广应用。国内近年来也在陆续报道其品种更新、应用范围、产品检测、饲养效果等方面的研究进展,然而对其工业化生产的工艺设计及设备选型方面研究较少。文章对氨基酸微量元素螯合物生产过程中产品干燥的技术参数、工艺流程及设备选型进行了探讨。为得到具有良好分散性、流动性、纯度高的优质产品,整个工艺设计采用三段干燥方法,即反应物先通过喷雾干燥为粉状,粉末进入振动式流化床,在前端继续沸腾干燥并附聚成粒,然后进入后半段冷却床冷却后形成成品。该工艺过程具有连续性好、自控水平高、粉尘污染少、能耗低的优点,非常适合工业化生产应用。

摘  要:
Amino Acid-Trace Mineral Chelates (AATMC) is a new kind of organic mineral additive in feed industry and is widely used in developed countries for its good bio-stability, bio-availability and digestive rate. There are lots of domestic reports about AATMC's new types; application ranges; determination methods and feeding effects in recent years, but researches on its process design and equipments selection for industrial production are comparatively rare. This paper discusses technique specifications, process flow and equipments selection on AATMC's drying production. In order to get product that has fine dispersibility, flowability and high purity, a three-stage drying process is specially designed in which reactant is spray-dried to powder, and then enters vibration-type fluidized bed, where powder is firstly dried and agglomerated to granules and subsequently cooled to be final product. This process features good continuity; high automation; Iittle dust pollution and low energy consumption and thus is applicable for industrial manufacturing.
