农村居民城镇化意愿研究综述

摘  要：
城镇化是现阶段我国经济社会发展的战略选择。近年来,学者们对农村居民城镇化意愿进行了较多的实证研究,取得了丰富的研究成果。该研究从农村居民城镇化意愿的含义、特征、影响因素及对策等方面对前人的研究成果进行了梳理,总结得出当前农村居民城镇化意愿的影响因素包括个人特征、家庭因素、人力资本、社会政策及其他因素。为了更好地推进城镇化,学者们提出了加快发展小城镇、调整产业结构、改革户籍制度、完善社会保障制度、改革土地制度、扩大民主参与等对策。

摘  要：
For China,urbanization is a current tactical choice in the progression of economic and social development. In recent years,scholars have made many empirical studies of opinions on urbanization of rural residents and gained fruitful results. Essays were reviewed from concept,features,influencing factors and countermeasures of rural residents urbanization willingness. The influencing factors for rural residents urbanization willingness include individual characteristics,family factors,human capital,social policy and other factors. In order to better promote urbanization,several countermeasures were put forward by scholars,such as accelerating the development of small cities,adjusting the industrial structure,reforming the household registration system,improving the social security system,reforming the land system,expanding democratic participation.
