富硒益生菌对小鼠生长、抗氧化力和肠道菌群的影响

摘  要:
将75只昆明系雄性小鼠,随机均分为5组(n=15):对照组、富硒益生菌组、益生菌组、亚硒酸钠组和有机硒益生素组,实验期为30d。比较了各处理组中小鼠增重、抗氧化力(全血GPX和血浆SOD酶活性及血浆MDA含量)、全血硒含量、肌肉中硒含量及盲肠中的三种固有菌数。结果表明,30d后富硒益生菌对小鼠的增重影响显著高于其他组;于第15d各补硒组抗氧化力、血液硒含量显著升高,30d后无机硒和有机硒组中肌肉的硒含量显著高于对照组但低于富硒益生菌;15d后补充益生菌的小鼠肠道内菌群结构得到改善,其固有菌群(乳酸菌、酵母菌)显著高于其他组。富硒益生菌对小鼠的各检测指标的影响显著优于其他组。

摘  要:
75 male Kuming mice were randomly divided into control,sodium selenite,organic-selenium (Se) with inactivated probiotics,Se-enriched probiotics or probiotics groups (n=15) in the experiment,and all the mice were fed for 30 days.The growth performance,Se concentration in blood and skeletal muscle,anti-oxidation status and resident intestinal flora of each treatment group were studied to compare their differences.The results indicated that the body weights of mice fed Se-enriched probiotics diet are higher than those of others after fed for 30 days.Anti-oxidation status and Se concentration in blood increase when Se is supplemented;however Se content in skeletal muscle of the mice fed inorganic or organic Se is lower than that of mice fed selenium-enriched probiotics.The composition of resident bacterial flora in gut is enhanced when mice are fed with probiotics.In conclusion,the measured indexes of mice fed selenium-enriched probiotics are markedly better than those of other groups.
