旧院黑鸡产蛋率和累计产蛋数曲线拟合及产蛋性能相关性分析

摘  要:
【目的】探究旧院黑鸡产蛋规律。【方法】测定旧院黑鸡开产性能及300日龄产蛋性能,并进行简单相关性分析。采用不同的非线性模型对旧院黑鸡23~42周的产蛋率(伍德模型、分室模型、杨宁模型和三次方程)和累计产蛋数(Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型)进行曲线拟合分析,并与观测值进行比较。【结果】旧院黑鸡的开产日龄及蛋重变异系数低于10%,而300日龄产蛋量、开产体重和300日龄体重的变异系数分别为27.46%、13.95%和12.30%。开产日龄与开产体重、300日龄产蛋量呈显著负相关,开产体重、开产蛋重分别与300日龄体重呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。产蛋率曲线拟合结果表明:杨宁模型最优(R~2=0.935),分室模型次之(R~2=0.928),三次方程再次之(R~2=0.844),伍德模型最差(R~2=0.536);Logistic、Gompertz和Von Bertalanffy模型对累计产蛋量的拟合曲线R~2分别为0.990、0.996和0.998,且Von Bertalanffy模型与观测值更为接近。【结论】旧院黑鸡开产日龄及蛋重整齐度较好,体重及300日龄产蛋量尚有改良空间,且开产性能是旧院黑鸡产蛋量及300日龄体重选育过程中重要的衡量指标。杨宁和Von Bertalanffy模型分别适用于旧院黑鸡产蛋率和累计产蛋数的拟合,可对旧院黑鸡的产蛋规律进行评估和预测。

摘  要:
[Purpose]To investigate the laying-egg rule of Jiuyuan black chickens.[Methods]In the present study, their performances at laying first egg and for 300 days were recorded, and different nonlinear models were used to analyze the egg laying rate(Wood model, McMillan model, YangNing model and Cubic equation) and the number of accumulated eggs(Logistic, Gompertz, and Von Bertalanffy) of Jiuyuan black chickens aged from 23 to 43 weeks old, and the fitted values were compared with observed values.[ Results] The variation coefficients of the age at first egg and egg weight of Jiuyuan black chicken were below 10%, while the variation coefficients of egg production for 300 days, body weight at first egg and 300 days were 27.46%, 13.95%, and 12.30%, respectively.Age at first egg was negatively correlated with body weight at first egg and the egg production for 300 days, and body weight for 300 days was significantly positive correlated with body egg weights at first egg(P<0.05), respectively. The results of curve fitting of laying rate showed the fitting degree of Yang-Ning model was optimum(R~2=0.935), followed by McMillan model(R~2=0.928), Cubic equation(R~2=0.844), and Wood model(R~2=0.536). The R~2 for total egg number fitting models of Logistic,Gompertz, and Von Bertalanffy were 0.990, 0.996, and 0.998, respectively. Moreover, the Von Bertalanffy model was closer to the observed values, compared with other models.[Conclusions]The uniformities of the age at first egg and egg weight were better, while the body weight and egg production for 300 days needed to be improved. In general, first laying performances were important index for selecting egg production and body weight for 300 days of Jiuyuan black chickens. Yang-Ning and Von Bertalanffy models were most suitable to fit laying rate and total egg number curves, respectively. And they could be used to evaluate and predict the laying-egg performance of Jiuyuan black chicken.
