汽车车身T型接头的刚度分析与研究

摘  要:
车身关键截面特性和车身接头结构截面特性对汽车车身结构性能有着决定性的影响。利用某自主研发轿车为研究对象,建立有限元模型,对白车身A柱,B柱,C柱接头刚度进行初步的分析计算。最后提出一种刚度比系数法来说明判定接头刚度强弱。通过对B柱上接头PRONT端,REAR端和DOWN端进行分析得到系数比越接近1,接头刚度越强,反之越弱。

摘  要:
The key cross-section characteristics of the vehicle body and the cross-section characteristics of the body joint structure have a decisive influence on the performance of the automobile body structure. The finite element model was established by using an independently researched and developed car, to analyze and calculate the stiffness of A-pillar, B-pillar and C-pillar joint. Then we propose a stiffness ratio coefficient method to illustrate the method of determining the stiffness of the joint. By comparing the FRONT end, the REAR end and the DOWN end of the B-pillar, the closer the coefficient ratio is to 1, the stronger the joint stiffness is, and the weaker the difference.
