3种微生态制剂对水质及刺参幼参生长的影响

摘  要:
研究了不同浓度的3种微生态制剂对水质及刺参Apostichopus japonicus幼参(鲜体质量为0.7053 g±0.0046 g)生长和免疫的影响。试验设9个处理组,分别投喂添加浓度为2、4、8 mL/m3的3种免疫增强剂、3种复合芽孢杆菌和3种EM菌;另设1个对照组,投喂基础饲料,每组均设2个重复。试验在100 L的PVC塑料桶中进行,试验水体为80 L,每桶放35头幼参。日投饵2次,投饵量为幼参体质量的5%;日换水1次,换水量为水体的1/5,换水后将微生态制剂直接泼洒至水体中。结果表明:在水体中泼洒3种微生态制剂,能明显改善水质,泼洒8 mL/m3的EM菌对水体的净化作用最有效,该处理组水体中的氨氮(NH4+-N)和亚硝酸氮(NO2--N)含量最低,分别比对照组降低36.0%和56.6%;投喂添加3种微生态制剂饲料的处理组,幼参的特定生长率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),添加8 mL/m3的免疫增强剂对幼参生长的影响最明显,该处理组幼参的特定生长率比对照组提高31.8%;幼参体腔液中的酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、溶菌酶(LSZ)活力均与添加微生态制剂的剂量呈正比,添加8 mL/m3免疫增强剂的处理组幼参的ACP和CAT活力最高,显著高于其他组(P<0.05),分别比对照组提高164.0%和54.0%,添加8 mL/m3EM菌的处理组幼参的LSZ活力最高,显著高于其他组(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
The effects of three probiotics including immunostimulants,bacillus compound,and EM on water quality,growth and immunity of sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus was investigated.The sea cucumber with body weight of(0.7053±0.0046) g was reared in 100 L PVC plastic barrels at a stocking density of 35 individuals per barrel,and fed the basal diet(as a control) and the diets containing three types of immunostimulants,bacillus compounds and EM twice a day at a rate of 2,4,and 8 mL/m3 with duplication,twice a day at feeding rate of 5%.The probiotics were added into the barrels after the water was exchanged one fifth once a day.The results showed that addition of the probiotics led to improvement of water quality,especially in the group with addition of EM in 8 mL/m3,which NH+4-N and NO-2-N contents were found to be the minimum,36.0% and 56.6% lower than those in the control group.There were significant higher specific growth rate(SGR) in the sea cucumber fed the diets containing the probiotics than that in the control group(P<0.05),the maximum in the sea cucumber fed the diets containing the immunostimulants in 8 mL/m3,31.8% higher than that in the control group.The activities of acid phosphatase(ACP),catalase(CAT) and lysozyme(LYS) in the coelomic fluid were found to be increased along with increase in the probiotics concentrations,maximum in the sea cucumber fed the diets containing the immunostimulants in 8 mL/m3,significant higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),164.0% and 54.0% higher than those in the control group.The sea cucumber fed the diets containing the EM in 8 mL/m3 had the maximal activities of lysozyme(LSZ),significant higher than the sea cucumber in other groups did(P<0.05).
