云南省低丘缓坡山地开发空间差异及其对策研究

摘  要：
为了研究云南低丘缓坡山地开发对策,本研究立足于云南省低丘缓坡山地空间差异,从垂直差异和水平差异2个层面分析低丘缓坡资源利用的空间差异,从垂直空间差异来看,云南低丘缓坡土地资源主要体现出不同海拔分布极不均匀、不同海拔日照时数、气温、降水量等气候资源差异显著等特点,从水平空间差异来看,体现出土地利用率和土地开发成本差异明显、自然地理和社会经济条件差别显著等特点。针对这些特点,笔者提出了基于空间差异的低丘缓坡土地开发利用政策,对云南低丘缓坡资源的开发利用具有积极的意义和作用。

摘  要：
In order to research the development of low-slope hilly mountainous area in Yunnan,based on the spatial differences of low-slope hilly mountain regions in Yunnan,the author analyzed the spatial differences of using the low-slope hilly land resources from vertical dimension and horizontal dimension.From the point of spatial differences in vertical dimension,the characteristics of low- slope hilly land resources in Yunnan including uneven distribution at different altitudes,notable differences of sunshine hours,air temperature,precipitation at different altitudes.From the point of spatial differences in horizontal dimension,the characteristics of low-slope hilly land resources in Yunnan including notable differences of land-use ratio and land-development cost,notable differences of physiographic factors and social economic condition.According to these characteristics,the author put forward some countermeasures,which based on above- mentioned spatial differences to develop the low-slope hilly land.It had great significance in developing Yunnan's lowslope hilly land resources.
