针对鄱阳湖地区畜禽养殖业存在的问题,在探讨循环经济发展中企业、政府和公众三者关系的基础上,着重从政府发挥宏观调控作用和畜禽养殖企业实施绿色营销战略两方面,对鄱阳湖地区畜禽养殖业发展循环经济提出了相关意见和建议。

摘要：

Aiming at the existing problems in the livestock and poultry breeding industry in Poyang Lake Zone,based on discussing the relationship among enterprises,the government and the public in the developing process of the circular economy,some ideas and suggestions were proposed for developing the circular economy in the livestock and poultry breeding industry in Poyang Lake Zone,which emphatically included that the government should play the role of macro-adjustment and the culture enterprises of livestock and poultry should actualize the green marketing stratagem.
