摘  要:
为连续监测土壤墒情变化,提高农业气象灾害应急观测能力,宿迁市气象局从2009年开始进行土壤水分观测仪的建设试点工作,在硬件建设的同时,开发了基于B/S架构的土壤墒情自动监测系统。该系统可提供实时浏览、图表、色斑图等多种查询方式,查询各站点各时段土壤水分变化、分布情况,更好地发挥了土壤水分观测资料的应用价值,可为各级政府及农业部门提供科学的决策依据。

摘  要:
In order to continuously monitor the change of soil moisture, improve the agricultural meteorological disaster emergency observation ability, Suqian meteorological bureau started soil moisture observation from 2009, as the hardware construction, the development of automatic monitoring system for soil moisture based on B / S architecture was developed. The system could provide real-time browsing, map table, color map to query a variety of ways, coould check the change of soil moisture, the distribution of each site in each period, which played the application value of the soil moisture observation data, provided a scientific basis for the government and the department of agriculture.
