高浓度CO_2气调防治谷蠹及杂拟谷盗的研究

摘  要:
将谷蠹Rhyzoperthadominica (Fab .)成虫及杂拟谷盗TriboliumconfusumJacquelinduval卵、幼虫、蛹和成虫分别暴露于 35 %CO2 和 11%O2 ,35 %CO2 和 2 1%O2 ,75 %CO2 和 11%O2 ,75 %CO2 和 2 1%O2 四种气调环境中 12、2 4、36、4 8、6 0、72、84、96、10 8、12 0小时 ,结果表明谷蠹成虫对四种气调环境都很敏感 ,其LT50 分别为 34 6、4 2 0、18 6、17 8小时。杂拟谷盗成虫较耐35 %CO2 、11%O2 及 35 %CO2 、2 1%O2 气调环境 ,处理 12 0小时后 ,成虫死亡率低于 12 %。卵及幼虫对四种气调环境较为敏感 ,蛹对 35 %CO2 、11%O2 的耐受性比 35 %CO2 、2 1%O2 强 ,前者LT50 为 2 2 4 8 3小时 ,后者为 12 4 5小时。杂拟谷盗卵、幼虫、蛹及成虫对四种气调环境敏感顺序为 :卵 >幼虫 >蛹 >成虫

摘  要:
In laboratory experiments,adults of lesser grain borer, R.dominica (Fab.)and eggs,larvae,pupae,and adults of the flour beetle, T.confusum Jacquelin du Val were exposed to four high carbon dioxide controlled atmospheres (CA) at 30℃ and 75%r.h.The gas concentrations were 35%CO 2,11%O 2;35%CO 2,21%O 2;75%CO 2,11%O 2;and 75%CO 2,21%O 2,with a balance of nitrogen (N 2).The exposure times were 12,24,36,48,60,72,84,96,108,and 120 h,respectively.The results showed that the adults of R.dominica were susceptible to the all four controlled atmosphere treatments and the values of LT 50 were 34 6,42 0,18 6,and 17 8 h,respectively.In comparison with 75%CO 2 controlled atmospheres,adults of T.confusum were more tolerant to 35%CO 2 controlled atmospheres with less than 12% mortality after 120 hour's exposure.However,eggs and larvae were susceptible to the four controlled atmospheres.Pupae were more tolerant to 35%CO 2,11%O 2 treatment with LT 50 2248 3 h than to 35%CO 2,21%O 2 treatment with LT 50 124 5 h.Susceptibility of T.confusum at various developmental stages appeared in the order of eggs,larvae,pupae,and adults.
