摘 要：
随着电力体制改革的深入,现有电力企业营业厅面临售电侧竞争加剧、业务萎缩困境,同时老年一族的购买力随着养老金上调而显著提升。为此,提出对现有电力企业营业厅进行转型,成为兼具业务办理和体验购物的综合营业场所,加之电话预约、一对一服务等多项措施,为现有电力企业营业厅生存发展探索一条新路。

摘 要：
With the deepening reform of electric power system, many existing business halls have been faced with intensifying competition in retail side and the dilemma of business shrinking, meanwhile, old people have great purchasing power with the pensions raised.Therefore this article put forward that existing business halls should be turned into integrated business place both with business handling and experience shopping. By adding telephone appointment and one-to-one service, it will explore a new way for the existing business hall.
