笔者阐述了如何从保种区的划定、保种目标的确定、保种相关参数的计算等方面入手,进行地方家禽遗传资源保护基本方案的设计,并比较了几种交配制度。同时,指出了品种遗传资源开发利用不能盲目开展,以致危及保种基本群。

摘  要：
How to design foundation scheme for protecting the genetic resources of local poultry on the basis of aspects such as assigning breed conservation area,ascertaining the aim of breed conservation and calculating the relative parameter of breed conservation was summarized by the writer and several mating systems were compared. Meanwhile,it was pointed out that the development of exploiting genetic resources of varieties could not be blind,otherwise it would endanger the protection for basic population.
