南江黄羊LHβ基因多态性与繁殖性能的相关性分析

摘  要：
以南江黄羊246个个体作为研究材料,利用GenBank中公布的牛、绵羊、猪等动物LHβ亚基基因序列设计引物,扩增并采用Sph I酶切分析山羊LHβ基因,比较不同基因型的繁殖性能。结果:检测到2个等位基因A和B构成3种基因型:AA型(4.065%),AB型(44.309%),BB型(51.626%)。序列分析显示不同基因型由第401位三碱基突变(G→A或C)引起。在各基因型间,山羊15胎的初生窝重和产羔数差异不显著(P>0.05),但从第2胎开始AA型母羊的产羔数和窝重相对较大(P>0.05)。上述结果为首次测定并分析山羊的LHβ基因序列的多态性。

摘  要：
According to the LHβ gene sequence of bovine,sheep and pig,the primers were designed,and the polymorphism of LHβ gene from 246 Nanjiang-Huang goat was studied by PCR-RFLP(restriction enzyme SphI).2 alleles,A and B,and 3 genotypes,AA(4.065%),AB(44.309%) and BB(52.606%) were identified.The sequence analysis showed that three nucleotide variants(G to A or C) at 401 loci caused different genotypes.The litter size and litter birth weight from 1st to 5th had no significant difference among three genotypes,while the ewe of AA had the tendency to enlarge the litter size and birth weight from 2nd to 5th litter.
