单片机在注塑机压力设置技术中的应用

摘  要:
传统的注塑机压力设置采用机械拨码盘人工设置的方法,寿命短、可靠性差。本文采用单片机来改进传统注塑机的压力设置技术,可对近百种注塑产品的各道工序所需压力值进行预设、存储,并能使所设置数据在系统掉电后永久保持,提高了注塑机的生产效率和设备的可靠性。

摘  要:
Traditional way of pressure setting in plastic injection machine is to use mechanical dial plate with short lifespan and low reliability. In this paper microprocessor is used to improve the traditional pressure setting techno logy of plastic injection machine.The pressure needed in every working procedure of nearly one hundred moulding products can be presetted and stored.All the sto red data can be preserved when the system loses energy.The efficiency of injecti on machine and the reliability of equipment are increased.
