LNG发动机电控系统设计

摘  要:
以MC9S12XS128微处理器为ECU硬件,设计LNG发动机电控系统。根据LNG发动机的特点,采用峰值保持型天然气喷气阀驱动电路和单缸高能独立点火驱动电路,针对LNG在不同工况下经汽化器气化后的天然气温度不同对发动机工作造成的影响,设计天然气温度控制方案。硬件在环仿真试验结果表明,该电控系统可以实现发动机顺序点火、单点连续喷射燃料的控制功能。

摘  要:
It was designed based on the MC9S12XS128 MCU.The peak-hold type driving circuit of the NG gas jet valve and the single-cylinder independent ignition driving circuit were used according to the characteristics of LNG engine,and the NG temperature control scheme was designed in order to solve the impacts of the different NG temperatures which gasified from vaporization in different conditions.The results of Hardware-in-the-Loop test show that the electrical control system can achieve the control functions of in-turn engine ignition and single-point-continuous fuel injection.
