基于ArcGIS的乡级土地利用总体规划数据库建设技术探讨

摘  要：
以重庆市涪陵区第二次土地调查结果为源数据,根据《重庆市乡(镇)级土地利用总体规划数据库标准》要求,利用ArcGIS中的图解建模工具和C#语言编译的程序,对乡级土地利用总体规划数据库的入库流程及建立乡级土地利用规划数据库的几个关键技术(提取现状数据入库、规划要素变更技术、规划表格的输出、数据的拼接问题)进行了探讨,达到上轮规划无法实现的"图数表一致"的目标,提高了建库效率和精度,为下一轮土地利用总体规划修编的数据库建设奠定了基础。

摘  要：
According to the overall planning database standard,some key technologies of establishment and the storage process of land use planning database of town level(For example,the extraction of status quo data storage,planning elements changes,the output of planning tables,data splicing issues) were investigated by using graphical modeling tools and C# language complied program based on the second land survey achievement of Fuling district in Chongqing.Through these works,graph consistent with digital tables which could not be achieved in the last round of planning was reached,and accuracy and efficiency of database construction was improved.It laid a foundation for database construction for the next round of land use planning.
